Please note that Denver Zoo gates close at 4:00 p.m. and all daytime guests will be asked to exit by 5:00 p.m. Online tickets are required for all guests including Denver Zoo members and children 2 and under.

Denver Zoo continues to be committed to our community and providing access to all. A limited number of tickets will be available daily for SNAP/EBT program participants. Please note that this does not include P-EBT cards or WIC.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Timed tickets are staggered every 30 minutes.

• A Denver Zoo online timed ticket must be presented for entry into Denver Zoo. Guests using the SNAP/EBT admission ticket will be required to show SNAP/EBT card upon entry.

• Tickets can be reserved for a variety of time periods. Guests may enter within a 30-minute window starting at the time listed on the ticket. Please don't arrive at the entry gate prior to the time listed on your ticket.

• Children 2 and under are free but require a complimentary online ticket. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a person 16 or older.
