Too Cold to Hold   Brrr!  Don t forget your mittens (or fur and blubber). You are going to need them!  Chill out and discover the built-in tools some animals have for toughing it out in the coldest.

If you need to sign your child up for Early Drop-Off Supervsion you'll need to select the correct date and register just as you do for each specific Mini-Camp day.

Brownie Girl Scout - Pets Bunk

Ages - 7-9

Brownies Pets Bunk, is an Overnight Adventure for Brownies. At this Bunk, Brownie Girl Scouts will earn their Pets badge and stay overnight in Denver Zoo s onsite Gates Education Center.

Bunk with the Beasts overnight adventures offer a more intimate, personalized exploration of the zoo. Each Bunk with the Beast overnight adventure includes different activities specific to the theme, but you can count on an active, fun-filled experience that includes:

  • A guided zoo tour focusing on animals relating to the Bunk theme
  • Animal encounters (you will not touch a tiger, but you will get up close and personal with some of our education animals).
  • A variety of educational games and activities, including use of night vision scopes.
  • An opportunity to see the zoo at night, without the large crowds!
  • Scout Bunks are tailored around Girl Scout or Cub Scout badges, journeys or achievements. 

Important information:

  • This bunk does not include dinner or evening snack, but will include breakfast.
  • Registered participants are free to explore the zoo on your own after the Bunk ends.
  • Each bunk gets the group leader in free, so select the free attendee for your leader.

I Love the Zoo - Kids Only Bunk, Children are invited to celebrate Valentine s Day with a sleepover at a Denver Zoo Bunk with the Beasts adventure! From peacocks to primates and polar bears to pachyderms, participants will visit some of the zoo s most beloved animals while their parents enjoy a night out!Kids will make a special valentine for a zoo critter, and have fun at this special kids-only sleepover in Denver Zoo s onsite Gates Education Center.

Important information:

  • This bunk includes, dinner, snack and breakfast.
  • Registered participants are free to explore the zoo on your own after the Bunk ends.

Child Only Bunk - Zoo Year's Eve

Designed for kids ages 6-12

Zoo Year's Eve Kids-Only Bunk, Kids, spend the holiday at the zoo, exploring Zoo Lights, learning about animals, and celebrating in a safe and fun environment! Experienced zoo instructors will lead kids in games, crafts, animal encounters and a visit to the special Zoo Year's Eve early-countdown celebration.
