Please note that Denver Zoo gates close at 4:00 p.m. and all daytime guests will be asked to exit by 5:00 p.m. Online tickets are required for all guests including Denver Zoo members and children 2 and under.

Denver Zoo remains committed to our community. A limited number of complimentary tickets are available daily for Five by Five, My Denver Card, Ronald McDonald House families and CityPASS (CityPASS must have been purchased before May 1, 2021).

Tickets will not be available at Denver Zoo and must be reserved online.

Timed tickets are staggered every 30 minutes.

• Guests using complimentary timed community tickets will be required to show Five by Five card, City Pass voucher, My Denver Card or Denver Zoo complimentary ticket upon entry.

• Tickets can be reserved for a variety of time periods. Guests may enter within a 30-minute window starting at the time listed on the ticket. Please don't arrive at the entry gate prior to the time listed on your ticket.

• Children 2 and under are free but require a complimentary online ticket. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a person 16 or older.
